XG AutoShip is a free Windows desktop tool for online sellers. On the seller's own computer, it arranges shipments, downloads the shipping-label PDFs, and delivers them to the seller's own LINE group or email so the person who prints labels can print them right away.

Features

Scheduled or manual runs: arranges pending shipments and downloads shipping labels and packing lists as PDF.
Labels can be saved to a local folder, sent to a LINE group, or emailed — in any combination.
Prevents duplicate sending and notifies the user when something fails.

How Google account access is used

Users may sign in with their own Google account. The app uses only two permissions: Google Drive (files created by this app only) — to upload shipping-label PDFs to the user's own Drive and create download links for LINE or email; it cannot see or read any other files. Gmail send — to send the labels from the user's own Gmail to recipients the user configures; it never reads the user's mail.
