「星光自動出貨」（以下稱「本軟體」）是由「星光」開發的免費 Windows 桌面軟體。本政策說明本軟體會存取哪些資料、如何使用、存放在哪裡，以及是否分享給他人。

XG AutoShip ("the app") is a free Windows desktop application developed by Xingguang (星光). This policy explains what data the app accesses, how it is used, where it is stored, and whether it is shared.

1. 存取的 Google 資料 Google user data the app accesses

使用者自行選擇登入 Google 帳號後，本軟體只會請求以下權限：

• Google 雲端硬碟 — 只限本軟體建立的檔案（drive.file）：把出貨單 PDF 上傳到使用者自己的雲端硬碟，並設定「知道連結的人可以檢視」（或只分享給使用者指定的 Email），以便把下載連結放進 LINE 訊息或 Email。本軟體無法看到或讀取使用者雲端硬碟中的其他檔案。若使用者開啟「自動刪除」（預設開啟），本軟體會在使用者設定的天數後刪除它自己上傳的出貨單。
• Gmail — 只限寄信（gmail.send）：用使用者自己的 Gmail 寄出出貨單（附件或連結）給使用者自己設定的收件人，以及寄送失敗通知給使用者本人。本軟體不會讀取、搜尋或刪除使用者的任何信件。

After the user chooses to sign in with Google, the app requests only: Google Drive — files created by this app (drive.file): to upload shipping-label PDFs to the user's own Drive and share them via link (or only with emails the user specifies) so the link can be included in a LINE message or email. The app cannot see or read any other files in the user's Drive. If "auto delete" is on (default), the app deletes the labels it uploaded after the number of days the user sets. Gmail — send only (gmail.send): to send shipping labels from the user's own Gmail to recipients the user configures, and failure notices to the user. The app never reads, searches, or deletes the user's email.

2. 資料存放 Where data is stored

• Google 授權憑證、LINE 金鑰等敏感設定，以 Windows 加密（DPAPI）存在使用者自己的電腦上，只有同一台電腦的同一個 Windows 使用者能解開。
  Google authorization tokens and other secrets (such as LINE keys) are stored on the user's own computer, encrypted with Windows DPAPI so that only the same Windows user on the same computer can decrypt them.
• 出貨單 PDF 存在使用者的電腦，以及（若使用者選擇）使用者自己的 Google 雲端硬碟。
  Shipping-label PDFs are stored on the user's computer and, if the user chooses, in the user's own Google Drive.
• 開發者無法存取上述任何資料。
  The developer cannot access any of this data.

3. 分享與傳送 Sharing and transfer

本軟體只會依照使用者的設定，把出貨單傳到使用者自己指定的地方：使用者的 LINE 群組（透過使用者自己的 LINE 官方帳號）、使用者設定的 Email 收件人、使用者電腦上的資料夾。除此之外不會把 Google 資料傳給任何人。

The app sends shipping labels only to destinations the user configures: the user's LINE group (via the user's own LINE Official Account), email recipients the user sets, and folders on the user's computer. Google user data is not transferred to anyone else.

4. 問題回報 Problem reports

只有在使用者按下「回報問題」或自行開啟「自動回報」時，本軟體才會從使用者自己的 Gmail 寄一封信到開發者的支援信箱（support@xg-autoship.com），內容為執行紀錄、錯誤畫面截圖與去除金鑰的設定，用來修正軟體錯誤。截圖可能包含網頁上的訂單資訊。問題回報不包含 Google 授權憑證、密碼或出貨單 PDF，也不包含使用者雲端硬碟或 Gmail 的內容。使用者可以隨時在軟體「系統」頁關閉自動回報，或來信要求刪除已收到的回報。

Only when the user clicks "Report a problem" or turns on "Auto report" does the app send an email from the user's own Gmail to the developer's support address (support@xg-autoship.com) containing run logs, error screenshots, and settings with secrets removed, for fixing bugs. Screenshots may include order information shown on web pages. Reports never include Google tokens, passwords, shipping-label PDFs, or any content of the user's Drive or Gmail. Users can turn off auto report at any time on the app's System page, or email us to delete reports already received.

5. Google API 有限使用聲明 Limited Use disclosure

XG AutoShip's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

本軟體使用及傳送從 Google API 取得的資訊，會遵守 Google API 服務使用者資料政策，包括「有限使用」規定。

6. 取消授權與刪除資料 Revoking access and deleting data

• 在軟體「Google 雲端」頁按「解除授權」，或到 Google 帳戶的第三方存取權移除本軟體。
  Click "Revoke" on the app's Google page, or remove the app at Google Account third-party access.
• 移除本軟體並刪除電腦上的資料夾 %LOCALAPPDATA%\ShopeeShip，即可刪除所有本機設定與憑證。
  Uninstall the app and delete the folder %LOCALAPPDATA%\ShopeeShip to remove all local settings and tokens.
• 本軟體上傳到雲端硬碟的出貨單，使用者可以自行在雲端硬碟刪除。
  Labels uploaded to Drive can be deleted by the user directly in Google Drive.

7. 兒童 Children

本軟體是給商家使用的工具，不針對 13 歲以下兒童。 The app is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.

8. 政策變更 Changes

政策如有變更，會更新本頁並修改上方生效日期。 We will update this page and the effective date above if this policy changes.
